Making tom yam is fast and easy. The secret is to serve it hot and spicy.

Ingredients:
Chicken, prawn, squid ...suka hati
Lemongrass 6 batang - lagi banyak lagi sedap
Lengkuas 3 ketul ketuk je
Onion hiris
Garlic ketuk
Air limau nipis. (Ambil dlm 4 biji limau)
Tomatoes (cut into 4)
Daun limau..carik carik je.
Tomyam kiub knorr..letak 2
Thats all...now cook and serve
